Anton Theron (B.Proc) Anton Theron is an admitted attorney, notary and conveyancer. He specializes in all aspects of property law and property developments and is the convener for the conveyancing examination, chairperson of the Gauteng Law Council and current member of the central committees and property committees of the Pretoria and Johannesburg Attorneys’ Association and Law Societies of South Africa. He serves as director on various boards of Home Owners Associations and other companies.
Anton has been admitted as an attorney in 1981, he was admitted as conveyancer and notary in 1992 and has more than 25 years’ experience as a property law specialist and general litigation. He started his career in the Magistrates Court Roodepoort where he served as senior public prosecutor and Magistrate before he joined the State Attorney’s Offices and was promoted to Senior Assistant State Attorney before he resigned and joined Friedland Hart and Partners as partner. He is currently the senior partner in Tonkin Clacey Pretoria and director of AM Theron Incorporated.
